The bike shop said the hub is damaged. It cannot be tightened, fastened to the bike properly

Although they say the wheel fit and works on all types of cruisers, it does not. Turned the drop outs to bacon, clip the paint and drove the motor chain into the frame, almost cutting through it. There go's a brand new frame. I trusted their words in the description big mistake.
