Worth the money. I highly recommend using water or at the very least a sprits bottle. I used to core drill through 8 inch poured concrete wall. It took me a while as I wasn’t using the correct settings on hammer drill. If using hammer drill use drill mode only. No hammer action. Nice clean hole. Worth every penny and at a good cost also. It’s not a quick process. But worth the money considering renting the bit or paying someone to do it professionally.

When this product was delivered it was quite a surprise to see that all the auger adapters were included which makes life a lot easier although this cord bore can be attached directly to a grinder it’s probably not advisable the one auger is for a small shank hammer drill the other auger is for a large shank hammer drill and the other auger is for a half inch drill. If you’re looking for this type of core bore I would highly recommend this because of the accessories that it comes with I have drilled several holes through cinderblock pretty flawlessly you can’t go wrong with this purchase.

I was happily impressed with this but. Turns out the wall I thought was six inches was closer to 10” of concrete and I was still able to get this but through. It didn’t wavier and smoothly slowly and steadily cut. The lines on the outside were helpful to see my progress

Junk bit! Don't waste your time and money on this! This thing chipped a tooth and stripped out at the base on the first use. Only drilled halfway into a block foundation.I've been a contractor for 25 years. I'm no novice tool user.

I bought a couple of these - just in case they didn't last as I was drilling through 6" or more of solid concrete driveway..... only used 1 - as it did the job and did it well..... drilled 2 different holes - not a single problem. Sold one of the spares - as I think this will last longer than me.

I used this bit to run two sticks of 2" PVC out a brick wall. The bit did great on the first of the two holes. However, after making it approximately 3" into the second hole, it gave up and separated/broke at the end cap. I ended up having to peck drill the rest of the hole with a smaller bit. Not a terrible bit for the money, but would have liked to get more out of it. No 'teeth' broke on it.Some details/specifics of the job it was used on;- I used the bit dry- used in a small rototry hammer with adapter- the wall was 15.5" of brick (had to drill from both sides)

In lieu of hiring a contractor to core a section of concrete curb for a drain outlet, I decided to do it myself. With my hammer drill, the coring bit was accurate and durable. It performed as described. Perfect coring bit for my needs and to complete my project.

Very well packaged, very happy that it came with all the adapters for 3 different adaptor drills is a big plus!, sds, sds max and a 3/8 adapter for regular drillThe hole saw i got was 2 3/4 and it is just an 1/16 bigger that that which in turn it will make a hole about 1/8 bigger that the actual hole saw if you do it nice and straight. The material is metal and it seems good enough in my construction experience, this should wok great for brick , for concrete may wont last as long.

Worked well, until it disintegrated.Bought this to drill a single 2.25" hole through an 8" concrete foundation (no rebar). The bit made it most of the way through (~6.5") before half of the teeth on the end broke off.It did make a nice clean cut while it worked.I really only needed it to drill one hole and was disappointed when I could not finish the job.
