This thing was the perfect gift for my older sister. She started making sourdough bread and then upgraded to making homemade sourdough pizza. This was the perfect Christmas gift for her.

This is a great pizza oven! We have a much more expensive name-brand oven before, but we ordered this as gift for someone. They wanted us to show them how to use it, so my husband got a chance to try it out. It heats up as quickly are ours does, and cooked the pizza essentially the exact same. There is a learning curve with all pizza ovens. You have to keep your eye on it the entire time and keep turning. We have learned that using low-moisture cheese helps to keep the center from getting soggy, since the edges will obviously cook first. You don't want burnt edges to get a cooked center. If you are willing to accept your first pizza or two may be a bust, I certainly recommend. Such an easy way to entertain and fun to get creative will the infinite pizza options (and other dough options - like rolls, calzones, etc.)

Es un horno increible, las pizzas quedan perfectas en cuestion de minutos.Lo unico malo es que no tiene termometro por lo que vas a necesitar uno para saber cuando llego a la temperatura adecuada.Se requiere de un adaptador de gas si lo compras para México, asi que es recomendable pedirlo junto con el horno.Pero fuera de todo, es un increible producto.

I've never had a pizza oven so I was very excited to try this. It comes mostly fully assembled, so not much to work to putting it together. Once the gas as connected, it was easy to fire on. The knob to turn on and fire up the stove was easy. In less than 10 minutes, the bottom got close to 500 F, and was ready for pizza. Pizza was ready in less than 1.5 minutes! One thing to be mindful is the focused fire/heat inside, so you do have to keep turning the pizza, so it cooks evenly, or else it will burn. I kept turning the pizza every 30 minutes.
