The controller worked fine for three months then there was a pop and smoke started pouring out of it. So no stars for that but customer service came through and replaced the controller after a couple days. 5 stars for customer service. One thing to note is this 120 amp charger controller is advertised for use up to 1400 watts solar panels. Watch your open circuit voltage of your panels . 12 volt panels no problem but if your useing +18 volt panels your going to be over the 150volt DC input. ( seven panel string ) . Customer service said it should still handle 155-160 vac for a short time but recommend useing six panels in a string . So I had to cut my system from 1400 watts to 1200 watts ! That lost them one star in the rateing. Well see if it lasts.

All information is displayed without having to press any buttons. Backlit display when a button is pressed. With 4 buttons, settings are easy to change. 40 amps on the output. The perfect charge controller.

I hooked up the Controller and everything worked perfectly. It's a fine controller and recommend it to everyone.

Pluses - this is a dead-simple, all-in solar charge controller system. If you only have one panel and a single power pack, or can wire up more than one panel safely, this is an inexpensive solution to your charge controller needs. There are only six terminals, and they are clearly marked. The unit is "smart" and takes care of pretty much everything else for you. For a tiny RV or workshed where you are running everything off a single deep cycle battery this might be the best deal out there. On the downside - I really hate this style of screw clamp connectors, this doesn't exactly scream long term outdoor durability to me. If I were to set this up for long term use, I would hit each one of these connectors with some battery post grease at minimum. Ideally this unit would be indoors, or at least out of the elements with the batteries and inverter. I would rather see some kind of bayonet connectors here - something a little more secure and more moisture resistant.

I have two of these handling a total of 8 Kw of solar panels running at 200 volts DC PV input and charging a 40 Kwh 48 volt LFP battery bank. These are efficient and effective MPPT controllers, I am delighted with them. The voltage settings are flexible but a bit confusing as you set the voltages for charging as if it is a 12 bolt battery, even for a 48 volt battery bank, but once you have figured out Rusty, they are excellent.

No way to connect it to a moving vehicle wall, there is no way to attach it to the wall, only to hang it by 2 ridiculously small nails. Also, customer service did not answer my question, they just send a random unrelated answer.Manual is very bad translation from French. I will return the item.

After about 27 days using it, I can say it works ok and charges battery fast and that's all I need. Thanks

I gave this unit a 4 star rating because of the value vs quality. It is not a high end unit, but for my needs I am pleased thus far.Pros: it does as advertised. It was very easy to install and set up. The fan stays off at lower powers (less than 30 amps/48 volts). The wiring terminals handle a 2GA wire just fine. Display is easy to read (has backlight if needed) and swaps back and forth between the two info screens fast enough my my needs. My 120amp unit went as high as 70 amps charge and and had no problems. Still working a year later.Cons: No port for an external display. The screw terminals felt as if I could strip the threads if tightened too much. They were still strong enough for a good connection. I just noted this because some people have a tendency to overtighten. Just be careful. There are very few adjustment options. The two I found were for battery type and hours of operation. I saw no option to change charge voltage range. For some reason the high voltage range is a little lower that what it should be.. So when the voltage gets past 55.5 volts it shuts off. My other controllers keep charging to 56.6voltsadditional info: The efficiency is a little less than my higher end units, but 5 percent less power is hardly. an issue. Although the unit is quite light, the heat sinks are appear to be adequate. It has run for just under a month and working fine. Shipping time was faster than expected, even though it came from China.

I've had quite a few CC and this one isn't bad. It's super light weight in comparison to my others so that does make me question the quality but so far it works just like the others. Too soon to tell if it works long term but for the price, I think it's definitely worth trying.

This is the perfect add on for my solar powered pump house. I’ve got 5 solar panels all hooked up so this protects my batteries from over charging. It was really easy to hook up. Plug the battery into of the leads, batteries to another, and you’re done! It shows you the power coming in and going out. Quality seems good too. It doesn’t feel cheap so I feel confident trusting it with my batteries!

My ISunergy 60A 12V/24V/36V/48V DC Input MPPT Solar Charge Controller was working great for 6 months. After 6 months it stops charging my batteries. I contacted the service support desk through email and they emailed back some information for troubleshooting my solar controller. I tried to troubleshoot the issue but not success. I emailed the service support desk and told them it did not fix the problem. They told me they will send out a new solar controller right away. I have received it in 3 business days. I connected the replacement solar controller and it charges my batteries fine. I am very happy with the service support desk and I would buy their products again some days.
