These are robust, and good quality. I've exceeded the weight rating on most of them by about 20% with no problem, but I wouldn't recommend doing so for more than a few days at a time, or on too many occasions. They are strong and convenient - great addition to anyone's miscellaneous packing bin.

These are great. Lots of different sizes. We use them for many different purposes. My husband uses the large ones to attach a seat cover for our dog to the bench seat in the back of his sedan using the built-in anchors for child safety seats, we can attach the D-ring to the anchor and to the seat cover and don't have to worry about scratch marks or dog hair on his white interior. Also great as key chains for kiddos.

Some rings don't spring back into place. There is play within the clip/ lever.I intended to clip my Garmin GPS to my backpack for easy viewing during my hikes. I don't think I would trust these rings. I will use these for light weight items and not place them under any stress.On a side note, I received 11 D rings and not 12. Package was sealed.
