I have bought this product twice and both time I have been sadly disappointed in the ability of these filters to wick. They do not absorb the water and allow air to pass through to control/increase the humidity in the room. My humidifier runs 24/7 and the water hardly gets used and the humidity barely increases above the natural humidity level in the room. This is true no matter what speed I put the fan at to draw the moisture through the humidifier and into the room. Will not buy again.
