I have a very old humidifier and it’s hard to find filters for it. I’m glad I can find them on Amazon! They work very well.

Got these for my Holmes humidifier...our water tends to clog the filters...these are handy and easy to replace. Good buy...

You can tell right out of the box that it's lighter and less absorbent than the HWF62. This is borne out by the humidistat on the humidifier, which already thinks it's half-used when new. I'd bet it will get encrusted and have to be replaced quicker that the original. But since you can't get that anymore, what are ya gonna do?And for heaven's sake people, it's NOT a filter, it's a WICK.
