For best results, only fill humidifier tank with distilled water. Hard water degrades humidifier filters and yellows them prematurely. For best performance, filter replacement wick should be replaced about every 1-2 months (depending on use and local water quality).
Our product is a flexible product and its width can be stretched. Errors in the range of 0.5 inches are normal.

They do not wick the water consistently. You must rinse the pad daily and flip it and rotate it daily to extend the use.

These filters last a while if you rotate them 180 degrees daily.

These have been working well in our Honeywell top fill tower humidifier. It is a slightly tight fit but I didn’t need to trim them. So far they are lasting longer than other brands I have tried so I am very pleased!
