These tail scrubbers are an after market item. They do not last. I purchased the 10 pack September 2023 and have one left. I find it irritating to find the scrubber shredded after three to four weeks of service. Do yourself a favor and go to the Polaris store on Amazon and buy tail scrubbers you won't have to replace monthly. These are not worth the time or the money.

Bought as replacement for items made by manufacturer. They fit ok and look like they will last as long don't seem too. Life seems much less than those by manufacturer. We have gone through several and I can't determine yet if the number used will cost less than those I get from my pool shop.

The tepid headline is because, as anyone knows who is reading this review, the issue with these is how long they last. No matter who makes them, they are made from functionally similar, inexpensive sponge mesh. Because pool floors and walls are grainy, these abrade, sometimes in three weeks, other times longer. No sense in buying the brand item for no better performance, so for this price it could be a year or longer without needing replacements.
