I will say, I was skeptical... throughout the whole baking process! I greased & floured the silicone pans, set them on a cookie sheet to stablize, and allowed the cakes to cool nearly completely. Baking time was typical- I checked doneness before taking out of oven. I am very pleased with the end results. My piping skills need work, but these pans work great. I didn't want to mess with cutting a round cake into a heart!
