I was unsure if shape was going to be crushed through packaging. But to my surprise it was packaged perfect. Took it out and shaped it and could wear at that moment. I also like that you can fluff if needed just by using a blow dryer. Color and hat is just as it looked in picture. I love it.

The hat is cute and exactly what I wanted, but it’s so wrinkled and smashed. I’m not sure how to get the shape back. Shipped in a plastic bag, should have been in a box.

This did not come smashed but nice and prompt shipping. The wine red color has an orange sheen that didn’t match my dress. So bummed!!
