They ship the hat in a plastic bag when l take the hat out it has creases that will not come out. The hats are beautiful but l have to send them back because the way they are being shipped

This review is for the packaging. The hat is beautiful. Why oh why would they ship it folded in half? It's a brimmed hat! A fancy wear to a wedding hat. Not a floppy sun hat. The brim should be almost straight with a slight wave. Not a crease down the middle that makes the top look like a beany. I am trying to flatten out the edges and will be quite disappointed if it doesn't get into the proper shape. Don't you have hat boxes for shipping?

Nice, simple but elegant hat for a mad hatter bridal shower. Good price to wear once since I don't normally wear hats. Fits a small head. Adjustable.
