Lovely hat! It arrived on time and in a box with another box to support the part that goes over your head (see photos). I really like this hat just like it is, but am planning on decorating it with flowers for a specific event. The hat is lightweight, yet strong enough to hold more flowers. I will probably turn the brim down but it's nice to have the option of keeping it turned up. Great price. I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy it again.

Very lovely nice hat but it arrived a bit crushed & bent in places. I guess it’s quite hard to send a hat even in a box without it getting some damage.

I ordered this hat in black for a funeral (quite sadly). It arrived within 48 hours of me placing the order and it’s actually a really great hat. It’s light and breathable which is good considering the funeral is held outside in a very extreme, hot temperature. It is sheer but still provides plenty of shade cover and protection from the sun. It also held its shape very well. I was a little concerned when I pulled it out of the package and saw that it was pressed somewhat flat, but as soon as I opened it and let it breathe, it popped right back to its original shape.

The hat was perfect and the pendant on the bow made it even better however the box that it came in was a little small on the sides. This caused the shape not to be what it should have been but hopefully it can be steamed out
