This kit is a great choice for valve lapping. The tools are made of plastic rather than wood, which I see as a positive—they feel sturdy and comfortable in hand. The suction cups strike the right balance: soft enough to grip securely without being too floppy. While I’m not an expert in valve lapping, these tools worked well for my needs, and I would recommend them to anyone tackling this type of project.

Simple and inexpensive, yet still gets the job done without any fuss. Worked great to lap the new valves on my Volvo B20F head.
