I was looking for a kit to hang a heavy punching bag, but wasn’t sure if this one would be strong enough.It is.My brother loves the swivel feature.So glad we got this!Made of heavy duty stainless steel, the parts are well made, and very strong.

When using this with a Punching Bag, it helps to soften the strain caused by the blow on the bag on the mounting point.Not having a direct blow on the mounting bracket helps it to stay in place.I am using it for a swing or hammock.There, it makes taking a seat a more comfortable process and removes the sudden stop of the stretch in the support chains.It is as if your 'car' is no longer directly connected to the road, but you have a comfortable suspension.A luxury I do not want to miss anymore.
