Very sturdy, have it installed on a floor joist with a 100lbs punching bag. Was easy to install and very sturdy. Made of a thick piece of metal, the only thing was the through bolts that came with the hardware were too short to get through the floor joist which was easily remedied with a quick trip to the hardware store.

We bought a couple of these to hang hammocks from the ceiling beams in our porch. Look stylish while working perfectly. Have had them for a couple of years and no issues.

Easy toInstall evenly holds the weight just an excellent product. Be sure you buy your clips for the bag ahead of time as this does not come with it

Very good and stable attachment to joinct. One thing that needs improve is the the connection to the clip part. It grinds and makes notices when bag swings. I 'd suspect fine metal shavings would sprinkle down.

I've checked it out, it seems heavy duty. So does the swivel and D ring (says 304 on it).I'm using 2 sets of these to share the load of about 600lbs ea. I'll know if these don't hold up and follow up within a month if they don't do the job. I don't doubt this product though. It is all heavy duty material.

Our joists were too close together to use the side screws so we only used the bottom. 1 month in and it holds our bag good & strong!
