We had to change out the bearings for our toddlers scooters and these fit and have lasted us quite a bit of time.

I highly doubt these qualify as ABEC 9 - there is just too much play in some of the bearings and the steal seems to be low grade as well.The first pack I received was really bad - but I have to give the seller at least a thumbs up for customer interaction. They sent a new set right away which was definitely better than the first set but still has some slack on the bearings - this should be fine for low speed applications like skateboarding and roller skates (as advertised) but do not expect these to work well in i.e. a high speed router. Fair value for the price I guess ... they will probably end up in my 3D printer as spool holders or in similar low speed projects. PS: don't expect them to work well in fidget spinners
