I bought these ceramic bearings I guess hoping for maybe something closure to the idea of bone Swiss ceramics, but instead got low quality bearings to be honest. Before installation these things would rotate maybe 1-2 times completely. After installation I got maybe a few more but no longer than a 3-4 second spin.I ended up buying synthetic bearing lube and cleaned and relubed the existing bearings (abec 5) and was just blown away. The new ceramic bearings spun a lot less than the old cleaned abec 5 stainless steel bearings and were louder.I was going to attribute the issues to maybe a bad batch of bearings but after buying multiple sets because I needed it for roller skates they were all like this.Definitely disappointed.

The package says Black Lives Matter on it. The package says made in China all over it. They don't have quality control in China. You get what you get. I've found pits in the bearings many times. They don't last as long as the other ceramic bearings. I have to replace these twice as many as American-made bearings.

Got them for quad skates used solely at the rink. They are smooth and fast. Much better than the bearings that came with the skates.

I risked $60 on these no-name ceramic bearings thinking I'd be disappointed. Upon unboxing, I was slightly disappointed; I usually skate on Bones Swiss 6 bearings playing roller derby and out of the box if you hold the center ring and flick the outer ring, the outer ring just spins and spins and spins, for nearly a minute, with very low noise from the bearings against the races, and they're incredibly smooth, and skating on them feels like skating on glass compared to cheaper, 7-ball steel bearings. These were to replace a set of Sure-Grip bearings in my outdoor wheels, not my roller derby setup; I'm hesitant to trust a new brand of bearings, especially ceramic bearings, in a high-impact scenario. When I unboxed these Rollerex ceramic bearings, held one by the inner ring and flicked the outer ring, it stopped spinning within 3 seconds. I know that "testing" a bearing like this doesn't really indicate much other than smoothness, and where these bearings are so dang light, I came to the conclusion that the reason for the rapid slowdown is the lack of inertia compared to all-steel bearings. I did note that the bearing was _completely_ silent, while the Swiss 6 bearings produced some noise, and the bearing felt even smoother than the Swiss 6 (impressive!).So, I swapped out the Sure-Grip bearings (good gosh I hate those bearings, they are very high resistance and make it feel like I'm trying to skate through a deep puddle), for these Rollerex bearings, and tried them out. HOLY COW it was like skating on butter! Ever watch Rick & Morty when Morty experiences "true level?" Yeah... it was like that. The bearings are so buttery smooth and so low resistance that standing in one spot with my quad skates parallel was challenging for an instant; I'm used to the slight resistance that even Swiss 6 bearings provide, so I was not expecting my feet to want to move. I mean, I can stand still but the resistance was so low I was caught off guard and my skates moved. I was impressed. Then, upon my first stride... ohmygosh. Ever make the jump from cheap industrial bearings with solid steel seals and cages (like you find on the cheapest inlines), to Bones Super Reds, or from Bones Super Reds to Swiss 6? The difference was even wider than those jumps. The bearings make absolutely no noise; all you hear is the urethane crushing the pebbles against the road, and there is no detectable drag from the bearings. Skating with these in my outdoor wheels after being on the sure-grips is like switching from dragging your feet wading knee-deep at the shore, to walking on dry land. That's the best and most accurate analogy that came to mind, switching directly from the Sure-Grip to the Rollerex Ceramic bearings.I've since skated about 15 miles on these bearings, and I've only grown to like them better and better. Using the Sure-Grip bearings (I used to use Swiss 6 outdoors but they're all installed in derby wheels now that we're back to active play) dragged my outdoor speed from my usual 12mph average down to 5.9mph and I had to stop every mile or so to rest my legs because of the fatigue, but with these bearings I went nonstop even through uphill sections I've previously found somewhat challenging even on good, clean, well-lubed bearings, and my average speed was very nearly where it was pre-covid, except through some bumpy sections I had to slow down through on my test run because I'd forgotten my wrist guards (Full disclosure; for that full test run excluding the bumpy bits [tree root heaves pushing through the pavement] I usually just cruise through, my average was back up over 12mph, but including those bumpy sections I chose to walk through for safety concerns without my wrist guards, my average was just under 7mph). Remember, these speeds are on outdoor wheels, which tend to be a little... squishy and waste a lot of energy in the name of comfort.I look forward to a test where I am fully geared up and don't have to slowly step through the bumpy portions of the trail to see if I am breaking 13mph average.Durability? The bearings have only been used for about 15 miles so far, and I haven't jumped, hopped, or played derby on these yet. I've ordered another set and will start playing roller derby on them, and will also try jumps and hops and update this review at a later date. Note that taking impacts is not known to be the strong suit of ceramic bearings, so if they withstand high impact, it's a definite win.

These are the best bearings I have found so far . I just ordered the fourth set as I am replacing all the bearings on all my skateboards. I will be ordering more of these as a replacement on my grand children’s skateboards

I skate with a big group of folks and definitely plan on letting them know about these bearings. A good deal better than previous bearings I’ve used and not nearly as expensive as other ceramic bearings around. They’ve done a good job keeping crap from getting in and I sometimes skate around pretty dirty areas. Smooth, fast, etc. Good stuff.
