fast and durable, I'm obsessed with how my skateboard rolls and I like these bearings. I was able to reuse them after cleaning. I found good built in bearings, but these ones are kept in my backpack for backup.

I bought these after I bought Bones Swiss. The Swiss aren't ABEC-9 rated, just "skateboard rated" (I'm using them for an engineering project). These Stripes are less expensive and superior. They have a smoother rolling feel in hand. Their tolerances are definitely tighter. The O.D., I.D., and thickness are indistinguishable but the radial and axial play of the inner bearing is noticeably better on these ABEC-9 rated Stripes bearings. At a fourth of the cost these are the no-brainer purchase.

These were a breeze to insert, and they work beautifully. As well as look beautiful. My wheels have never rolled this smoothly before and I actually had to acclimate to them. Now that I'm comfortable with their performance, skating has gotten so much more enjoyable for me.

My son got a cheap skateboard and the bearings were garbage and these did the trick for making the wheels spin faster and easy to install.

i had recently gotten a secondhand complete board, and for some reason it just wouldn’t go very far when i pushed, the first thing i thought to replace was the bearings, and surely enough i almost fell of my board with how much the spin improved, after owning a few types of bearings i’d pick these over reds almost any day

I own a Magneto Mini cruiser skateboard and the bearings on there are good, however they did feel a bit slower for my taste. I wanted to achieve higher speeds while skateboarding and a friend of mine who also owns YellowJackets referred them to me. I purchased them and easily replaced the bearings on my board and was astonished on how big a difference they made; the wheels spin for so much longer now and I have been able to go so much faster with them on. It has been a bit over a month and I have had no problems with the bearings. If anything, my board feels as fast as it did when I first installed them.

i mostly skate mini ramp and transition parks so i do alot of pumping and i definitely feel like these perform noticeably better than the stock reds.Would've given a 5star review if they threw a sticker in the tin :P(so basically a 5star review)

These things are awesome. I skated for years, stopped for even more years, and now started up again and needed to find the best bearings I could for a non-astronomical price. However, I was out of the loop and unfamilair with the many, many bearings options. I researched the hell out of them for days and Yellow Jackets hit almost every top list. They aren't super expensive but they perform well. Smooth, fast, and reliable. And they have a cool aesthetic with the bright colors and wasp logo. And, as other reviews have stated, the company is top notch. I had some questions about the bearings and just kind of emailed the company to ask. The owner himself replied and was super friendly and helpful and got me sorted out right away. You can't go wrong with these. If you're like me and you're agonizing over all the brands and prices and don't know what to do, rest assured you can skate these. You'll love them.

Before I ordered these bearings, I ordered some Heady Shake Titaniums which cost 60% more. After using them in my scooter they were the best bearings ever. Now that I have been using the Yellow Jackets for a while, I consider them just as good as the Heady Shake but their cost is amazing. I was able to exceed 5 minute spins on both wheels of my scooter with these amazing bearings. I look forward to comparing their longevity with the more expensive Heady Shakes. This is a You Tube video of these bearings spinning over 8 minutes: https://youtu.be/N5LmjjrGo_k

Bones with spacers goes fluctuates from 20 to 40 bucks. These are even better as they don't blow while sliding at high speeds which has happened with most bones I purchased. I actual found they made less noise than bones, even though people say they tend to be louder.
