Worst instructions, it functions

This is the perfect recipe for breaking your foot or ankle. The flimsy steel gantry is so close to the bag one poorly aimed kick, or miss when the bag starts swinging and you'll be taking a trip to the emergency room and healing for a couple months in crutches. I recommend getting a ceiling mount instead of this poorly designed apparatus.

Not easy to assemble, part Gi is in the wrong place in the instructions. Put G though A from the bottom before starting the rest

Instructions are very bad, forgetting to tell you where and when to attach part G which by the time you realize is too late - you already assume led most of the stand. The rest of the stand is flimsy, and they want you to attach it with screws to the ground - thus definitely not for a regular home as we can't screw anything to the ground. Instructions say that you should never exceed equipments rated weight limit of just 99.8 kilograms inclusive of the bag and all forces exerted upon it - which considering the equipment is 18 kilos, full bag is 50 kilos, and man training on it is at least 80 kilos would exceed it every day. The flimsinest of this bag makes it a better fit for kids - but then it won't be safe for them and they probably ly won't even be able to assemble it. Unfortunately, marketing looks much better than the actual stand. I wasted a lot of time - don't make the same mistake.

Not easy to assemble. Make sure you do not tighten everything down until you have all the parts assembled with bolts and nuts. The instruction doesn’t say, but the first thing you do is attach part G and then follow the instructions. Seems well suited for my needs. I'm using it for staff and stick forms and practice. Not punching it with my hands. Filled bottom 1/2 with 100lbs of sand then the top 1/2 with shredded cloth and leather.
