Our family of 4 were headed to the fantastic City Museum in St Louis, where knee pads are recommended for crawling through their vast tunnels. I needed to find a multi-pair pack of black (very discreet) knee pads, and these were a cost-effective solution. They fit all four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, and we had the most fun time exploring this incredible building, without sore knees. I don't know if the knee pads will get worn again, but they appear to be in excellent condition if we ever need them.

I got these to use at a physical defense training. The participants wore them during the training. They were comfortable and stayed up even with the different body sizes we had.
