Solid chair at first but as time has gone by it does lean a bit.At 220# this chair should been able to handle me with no problem as it's rated for 400#.Still, it remains a decent value for the money.

I purchased this chair with the goal to work from home. It wasn’t cheap, and originally felt sturdy, the arms are flimsy and the tilt function is broken regardless how hard you try to adjust. So frustrating and sad

I ordered this because it was supposedly rated for 400lbs. It isn't. The instructions say 330. It's easy to put together, but lots of adjustments have to be made for it to fit right.I know I could break it down, put back in the box and send it back, but it's too much of a pain to do that. Not that Amazon would give me any problems, they wouldn't, it's just a hassle. My son will end up with this one when he moves into his new apartment

I've had the chair three days now and the wood inside of the seat has snapped on me completely, I heard a loud cracking as I stood up out of it and since it's only gotten worse to the point its barely together.I would suggest either being seriously careful and not moving in the chair or just not buying at all.

I purchased a chair for my son in early December. In March the base broke and I asked if I could get a replacement for the base. 2 days later a box was delivered and it was a brand new base. My son was so excited and feels like he has a brand new chair.I relly appreciate how quickly they responded and would definitely recommend this chair to others.

I was skeptical at first. After purchasing, I read more reviews and reviewers stated that some of the screws or other things were missing. I purchased this chair 💺 for my 18 year old son for Christmas 🎄. I gave it to him early since he purchased a gaming PC prior to Christmas. My son, who is not the greatest mechanically inclined, yet, said he wanted to put the chair together himself. I told him to follow the directions and go ahead. We'll, my son had the chair put together in approximately 30 minutes. He used the supplied Allen wrench 🔧 and to my surprise after checking his work, it was put together correctly. There were three screws left over. I made sure that they were indeed extras. I am very proud of my son for completing the task in a timely manner and correctly. My son states the chair is very comfortable and suits his needs greatly. I highly recommend this gaming chair, (I might purchase one for myself, Ha Ha!)
