Super sharp blade- easy to use and clean! Suction cup feet help keep it steady and in place when in use, slide guard keeps food working with the blade and helps with even cutting. Easily went through chicken bones and beef short ribs. Has a nice detachable catch try for cut up food. Easy to cut hard veg like potatoes, carrots, squash into even thickness for better cooking results! Great item for the serious at home cook!

This is a very well-designed and constructed bone cutter. I was hoping to find a stainless steel one. After searching for a bit, I found this one made by YOUHEME store. Based on the visual presentation I thought this would work and so I ordered it. Now that I have this home and finally have found time to test this out, I will say that this is extremely sharp. Be very cautious while using. The bone cutter does as it should and even through frozen meats, I was able to cut right through. Based on a very good experience using this, I would recommend this to other consumers. :)
