I bought this meat slicer to slice my own meat to make jerky and for hotpot. This machine is actually bigger than I expected and quite heavy. However, it slices through semi frozen meat like butter! I was able to get some pretty thinly sliced meat with this slicer.

This meat slicer cuts meat well however, you can only slice meat the size of the tray anything larger than that and it won’t fit.

I recently purchased this meat slicer, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid, and it feels very sturdy during use. The stainless steel blade stays sharp, and slicing meat is incredibly easy, whether it's for deli-style sandwiches or perfectly sliced steaks.The adjustable thickness settings offer great versatility, allowing me to go from thin slices for charcuterie boards to thicker cuts for beef. I have been using this for almost 3 weeks and I am very satisfied with it. Have cut turkey, ham, as well as cheese and tomatoes. It works beautifully.

Very good machine slicer! Strong motor, hefty blades (comes with TWO blades, 2 different types of cutting - meats and breads), it is made very SLIM so we mounted some hooks on the wall in the pantry to hang it and get it out of the way. The cord wraps up and stores nicely using a stretch band on the back of the slicer which is very handy. The only thing we store is the extra blade and the clear plastic pushing guide in the drawer. Taking it down to use on the kitchen counter is very easy and quick. Most parts that remove for cleaning are plastic, so everything cleans easy. Blade changing is fast and it comes with blade protectors that snap on and off. One drawback is the feet that fold up. They do not lock in the up position, and tend to fall down if you touch them while storing the slicer. You have to stop, push the release button to fold them back up. Other than that, we love it! It does exactly what we need it to do and it does it well. It reminds me of the smaller bread/meat/cheese slicers we used when I was stationed in Germany.

Design is great. It is well made. It might even last forever. Motor is strong. Blade is large for the machine’s size. It even fits in tight space between uses. But, there is such a large gap between the cutting board and the default blade position. So you will not get 1. Thin slices, 2. Consistent clean cuts. Majority of the cuts end up shredding.The second issue is the glide “wheels” are tiny plastic rings that drag more than roll.If you want to hold the machine steady, drag the cutting board, and shred your meat… the machine is perfect.I hope they solve these issue in version 2.0It’s nearly perfect.
