I was actually very impressed with this. It is a very strong and rugged license plate. It is made well for outside conditions. The lights are really bright. I was impressed with how bright they were also. And that is what I needed. It comes with a license plate, wires to hook everything up, and a decent informative manual. It doesn't have a monitor so you will need to either already have one or get one. It is pretty easy to hook up, of course, this can depend on what type of vehicle you are hooking it up to. It is a good camera as well. I also want to know that I have a friend who bought this and asked customer support about which monitor can go with this. It turns out there are many different types. But I mention it because my friend said their customer support team was great, and he was really impressed with them. So, all around 5 stars for this company.
