It’s as good as two nylon straps and plastic strips can be. 6 out of 5 stars because my young athletes in training groan extra loud when they see the yard ladder on leg day. (In softball, everyday is leg day)

Works fine but not sturdy/heavy enough. It is nice that it can be rolled up but the orange cross slats slide around too much while in use.

Strength training is very important as one ages. BUT you need to connect the strength/muscle conditioning to the brain. This quick step ladder is the way to do it. Perfect. I've trained for years, and appreciate gyms that have these. Now I have my own ! and cheap !

This is an amazing product that helped me get my balance back. my walk is even more better. The fact that I can use this every single day sometimes two times a day. It is an amazing tool and it really works. I don’t have to go to physical therapy three times a week anymore because I can actually do this at home and it helps me a great deal, this product is well worth the money.

Between weight workouts I try to get in a variety of other exercises for agility and endurance. This product works just fine for my purposes and the price is reasonable.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter who plays soccer. She is able to use this for off season training in their basement. It’s durable and folds up back into the bag it came in. Actually it’s good for any sport!

This ladder was as described, we just didn’t use it so back it went. If this is your thing, it is a good ladder at a decent price.

I do like it, but the separators move too easily and have to be rest every time you lay it out. If you try and pick it up and fold it back together they just slide around, so I just pickup each one at a time so they don't move around too much. But they are big and durable. I like this one a lot more than other ladders which seem to be a lot less durable and smaller. I'd check it out if your looking for something adjustable and bigger.
