Great set for agility training! The hurdles, cones, and ladder are sturdy, and the variety of accessories make workouts more dynamic. Perfect for improving footwork and coordination. A must-have for athletes or coaches.

Overall this is decent but be careful. The orange hurdles broke within a few days. The rest has done pretty well. It’s fine as a birthday party event type thing, but everyday usage to actually practice won’t last long.

We usually arrive a bit early for our homeschooling park day, so we had a chance to set up a course before everyone arrived. Passerbys were intrigued, and a few kids in the 2-4 age range weren't at all shy about running to explore before their parents could ask if we minded. I was thrilled that they enjoyed it! When our friends came, they had so much fun. They took turns making courses for each other and going over the included sheet to see what the suggestions were. It was a hit! Surprisingly, the frisbee ended up being the most popular item. I'm a bit ashamed that one of my kids was unfamiliar with how they worked, but he had a lot of fun with it.When I think of all of the kids that were able to enjoy this course today, the value is pretty incredible! The bag is very nice too, everything easily fit inside, the seams are strong, and it was easy to tote over my shoulder along with a diaper bag and the baby. We'll be bringing it again to our park days, and likely family reunions too!The Taekwondo hitting mat seems a little out of place to me, but I really like it too! My husband trained in the art for a few years when he was in college and he was pleased with it. He too was surprised when he saw that it came with outdoor relay race things, but we added it to our sparring gear and we're not complaining. It's very nice.Overall it's a great collection to inspire physical activity. Homeschool park day is a great avenue because sometimes the kids get bored with the playground equipment where we meet and this got even the bigger kids active. It's good to shake things up!5*!

This a great kit that comes with pretty much all the tools you need to get a variety of drills and exercises. There’s a couple of key details that make this kit stand out. One is the magnetic ladder that folds together so seamlessly and easily. The second is the carrying bag that keeps everything together neatly when done. Definitely makkes it storage AND travel friendly. This kit is a great deal.
