This headset was working great for the first few days, then magically, as soon as I step more than 10 feet away from the base, no one can hear me. The call quality is terrible. My first, second and third headsets (this same model) did the exact same thing.

Works fine when it works, but found that it would connect and disconnect devices whenever it wants and sometimes during mid call. There is a very specific way that it likes being connected--one device at a time, disconnect then reconnect manually, once the ritual is complete you have a functioning headset....until the computer goes to sleep and you wake it up. Do the rain dance again and you're back in business.

This headset fits and functions very well with a few ok things. The sound is very clear. I had a $70 wireless headset from Amazon and started to notice that I was having a lot of trouble understanding people. I got this set and the sound is so much clearer. I don’t think I’ve ever had to hunker down and press the ear pads down to try to get clearer sound. It works immediately as just plug and play and did not require a software download which is an absolute must for me as my company doesn’t allow that. The stand is attractive and small enough. I wear my headset all day except for during lunch. Today is day 3 of not putting it back on the charger and I think it will just be at exactly 3 8 hour work days without charging that it will give me. I listen to calls all day as a call auditor and I also use it for zoom meetings throughout the week. The sound from the mic also seems clear. The charging contacts connect easily without having to wiggle it around to get it to attach. Controls are super easy to use. I haven’t really tested the distance but my house is 2400 sq ft on 2 levels and I haven’t lost reception in the house, garage or driveway. Now, a couple annoyances. The screen display on the stand is insanely bright. You can pare it down in settings though and it does also have a dark mode which I employed and much prefer. It arrived programmed to the brightest setting and set to always on. I updated the screen to shut down on its own and switched to dark mode and it’s so much better. The other annoyance is that despite being plugged into a computer by a USB connection, the clock doesn’t automatically sync. I thought it would. I had to switch the clock to manual and then set it myself to get it to the right time. Those aren’t deal breakers but they caught me off guard and I had to explore a little bit to get it the way I wanted. The headset stays in place without giving me headaches. This is a big one. I suffer from migraines and I can’t take a lot of pressure. I can’t even wear headbands because of the pressure. Even the soft cloth ones give me a headache. This headset manages to apply very little pressure while also staying in place. Sometimes I want to redo my ponytail or bun or braid or whatever and I’ll wear my headset on my chin for a minute so I can keep working. My last headset would immediately fall off. This one stays in place even upside down but somehow puts less pressure on my ears. The pads are soft and comfortable and the articulation points on the ear pieces are just right IMO. It’s a really nice set. Probably my favorite so far.

These connect to my pixel phone automatically and works great for teams calls either using the headphones or the speaker phone. The headphones are very comfortable and fit nicely. Sometimes I notice a little delay when receiving direct calls. The ringer is nice on this as well. Very good addition to my work space. The battery life is decent as well lasting several hours.

This device is truly nifty, allowing me to bluetooth to my cell phone and be connected to my VoIP softphone at the office. However, it frequently 'loses' connection to the computer, unbeknownst to us, where our clients can't hear us or we can't hear them. Then it's unplug the thing and restart it, which is a pain and is not good for clients. We started unplugging every night so it's freshly powered on in the morning, and that didn't help either. I bought it because my VoIP provider said it would directly connect, which it does, if it does. We have 3 of the things and now they barely work and I'm buying $50 ones...

I can connect my desk phone, iPhone and Mac all to one headset. Good quality. Dect makes distance 10x Bluetooth alone.Clock function is frustrating. Other than that, I am pleased.
