I had heard an elevated feeding bowl was good for a cat's digestion but I never thought it would make quite such a difference.One of my cats always seemed to have a problem with keeping her food down & would frequently vomit within 5-10 minutes of eating. Hubs & I initially thought it was something in the cat chow but after switching brands several times & she still "hurled", we decided that wasn't the cause. Then I read online about elevating the food bowl, so we bought this simple bowl & it actually worked! No more explosive digestion problems for her or messes to clean up for us.Our other cat always seemed to grab the biggest mouthful of cat chow he possibly could. But then he'd drop it all on the floor right beside his old food bowl & slowly eat each piece off the floor. After reading an article about "whisker fatigue" being caused by a narrow & deep food bowl, I got him this food dish because it was one of the widest ones available. He has since quit spreading his food on the floor & eats directly out of his bowl. I've also noticed that both cats "chin acne" is disappearing since they started eating out of these ceramic bowls instead of their old plastic bowls.The cats like the bowl & I like that the ceramic makes it easy to clean. It also holds a fair amount of dry cat food or water, and the wide base makes it very stable & nearly impossible for the cats to tip it over. I do wish it had a rubber gasket around the base but I set it on an old rubber, computer mouse pad so it doesn't scratch the floor or table. All in all, this simple bowl has made a big difference in our household.

I’ve been purchasing from another company that’s more pricy, but I happen to come upon these a few weeks ago and I wish I would’ve came across them sooner. The price is great, the bowls are definitely sturdy, they wash very well, they are high up for my babies, they stack very well, they hold a lot of crunch, they aren’t easy to break like the other brand I was getting, they are heavy but most porcelain is. Honestly I LOVE these bowls. Definitely recommend them.

Was larger than I expected but for good reason. Cat's do not like their whiskers to touch thinhs when eating. Often they will touch the outer rim of the bowl if the bowl is low and or a bowl for humans. Highly worth it. Plus it helps with digestion as cats can more easily chew their food into smaller bits & have to work their neck muscles even more so against gravity. Just get a bowl like this up to their level & you're good to go

Couldn’t be happier with these cat bowls. I started to notice how my cat had to strain his neck when eating and drinking out of flat bowls and I jumped onto Amazon to find alternatives. Found the Yangbaga raised bowls for elder big cats and they are perfect for my boy- just the right height and width so that he doesn’t have to mangle his whiskers when eating and drinking and I can see how much easier it is for him. White color is classy and they are very sturdy. Bought two for food and water, very happy for my cat and these high quality bowls.

I didn’t realize how big the actual bowl part was. These would definitely be good for kitties that have whisker sensitivity or for wet food or water. These are the perfect height for large cats. The bowls are very wide, but they were a little too flat for what I was looking for. They’re almost like plates, but the sides curve up. I wanted to use these for my cats dry food, but all the food just lays flat in the bowl and it’s hard for them to eat the pieces. Not a bad bowl at all, but I returned them for something different.

Ich hatte vorher eine kleinere und tiefere Schale und mir ist aufgefallen das mein Kater sein Futter meistens nicht zu Ende gegessen hat.Nach etwas Recherche bin ich dann auf diese ergonomisch Schale gestoßen und nun isst er immer alles auf. Ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Ordered 2 of these bowls after friends suggested I try raised bowls to help alleviate my 12 y/o cat's vomiting. I haven't had them long enough to tell if THAT works but the bowls themselves are very nice. I searched online looking at several & liked the height of this bowl, higher than others I'd seen. My cats can stand up & eat. No crouching at all. I had never heard of whisker fatigue but apparently it's a "thing." These bowls are nice & wide & shallow to the cat's whiskers don't get tickled. The capacity is great & will accommodate enough food either dry or wet. They are attractive looking, sturdy, and very easy to wash & clean....Now if it helps with the hairballs & other regurgitation I will be a very happy cat owner.

I cannot recommend this product enough. Every cat is different but I have 2 larger cats (not far off Mainecoon size) and they have always been quite sicky cats. I’ve changed their food quantity, branding and treats but nothing worked. These bowls have stopped that within 2 days. The bowls are thick and so easy to clean so I wipe them after each meal but only need to wash them up a couple times a week. They are pricey so I am extra careful but they feel very sturdy and well made. The bowls are a great height for my cats to sit or crouch to eat and the bowls and wide and shallow enough that it doesn’t bother their whiskers as I’ve read some cats find that annoying. They’ve stopped spilling food out of their bowls on to the floor too. If I were to break I would be buying again without a doubt.

Love it. High quality Glazed ceramic bowl. Shipping was relatively quick and came In a box with sturdy foam packaging to protect the ceramic from breaking. My flat faced cat seems to like it as she doesn’t have to bend down anymore for her water and the bowl is wide enough not to annoy her whiskers. Haha. My only gripe would be I am not sure if it is cadmium free. But still very happy with the purchase

I already have one of the more expensive brands of raised/angled bowls for my cat but I was looking for a second one and trying not to spend too much money. My cat is elderly and needs something easy to eat and drink out of. Not only is this bowl taller than the other brand, it is nice and heavy and is not in danger of tipping. The height is perfect for an average sized cat and this thing cleans beautifully! I’ve seen people complain about it chipping in the dishwasher. Since my cat eats out of this twice a day, I just have a soft bristle scrubber at the sink to clean it out between feedings (sometimes with a drop of detergent, sometimes not) and the smooth surface cleans easily. I have had it for a few months now and the finish is still beautiful. The width is great as well. Most cats don’t like bowls where their whiskers can touch the sides and this is shallow and wide enough to avoid that. If you want to save $10 and don’t need ears on your ceramic cat food bowl, this is the one to buy. ;)Edited 5/12/20: I came online to order another one of these bowls today and the price has increased $5 from the last time I purchased it a few months ago. My quality comments have not changed but the pricing makes me less likely to buy a second one.
