May have been partially user error, as my cat knocked a heavy vase off of the kitchen counter and shattered one of the bowls (vase is fine.)Unfortunately this set-up is also just very impractical for food and water dishes. It works fine for food, but because the bowls are flat bottomed and shallow if you fill with water and put in the stand, you get water all over your floor. I opted to upgrade to a rotating automatic wet food feeder for my baby.

Since the bowls are held at an angle, you can only fill the water bowl half full or it will just spill all over the floor. The food collects in lower portion of the bowl, making it difficult for the dog to get it out. The bowls should be shaped so that the opening can be at the angle but the bottom is still level.My wife wanted this and I bought it before looking at it. I hate saying it but this product is an example of cheap crap without any thought or care into its design or use. DO NOT BUY.

These bowls are small and you can’t fill too much water in there because it tilts and spills everywhere. Me and my dogs hate the design. Disappointed.

my pug didn't take to it @ 1st, i had to put some treats in to get her to use it. now she prefers the ease in eating meals without hanging her head in a bowl. it's good quality, sturdy with porcelain bowls which are easily removed & cleaned

The wood is easy to break when putting it together.It is not sturdy.Does not look as if to last for very long.
