Is this even a real Yale safe?! The manual was missing, the keypad doesn’t seem to work. I have 3 Yale safes and this seems a bit strange

It came earlier than expected but the corner was damaged it still works but I do not like buying things new and it be in any other shape than new that is why I pay for new if I wanted used I would buy used it is not bad but still
