The battery compartment issue has been solved. The problem regarded the small safes that now have two screws that keep the lid in place and prevent it from opening when moving the safe.

Is there genuinely some hole at the back?

There are holes on the back and bottom of the large version, but we cover them
with unscrewable bolts that can be unscrewed only if you have the safe
open and can operate on both sides, internally and externally.
