We bought this in May 2024 and it stopped working the first week of September 2024!! I read the reviews and should have not bought it. I am usually happy with all my Amazon purchases and this is maybe the 5th review I have ever written, but this is a very bad cell. DO NOT PURCHASE IT! I wrote to see what could be done but they said I was past 90 days!! I was one week past 90 days. All I can say is read the reviews. This is a lot of money to just last 3 months. We ended up having to purchase a new one at our local supply store. It was $120 more but it comes with a one year warranty. Again...DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

This product is not worth the money. It worked for about 2 1/2 months before failing. Products from other manufacturers last for between 2 and 3 years! And because by the time I had a chance to clean the cell and take it to a local pool store to have it checked, it was 92 days since delivery. Guess what, according to the manufacturer they only stand behind their product for 90 days. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the manufacturer, the quality of their product is poor. I wasted my money buying their product - don't waste yours.

Our salt cell stopped working right at the start of summer so we purchased the new salt cell. It has really been amazing on how good it works. It should last 3-5 years before we have to replace it again.

Easy install it came with some instructions and o rings. Plug it in and it worked!

My pool system kept showing low salt and high temperature, soI thought it must be the salt cell. I decided to buy this brand instead of buying the expensive brand name. It fixed the problem. So far it has worked great and generates a lot of chlorine. I’ve turned it down to 40% chlorination and it’s doing great. Time will tell.

We think it's working and generating chlorine. The only problem is the salt level reading is off. I was assuming that a direct replacement for my Hayward salt cell wouldn't require it to be recalibrated but that is likely my issue but I'm not sure.

Just installed and in less than a minute it started generating chlorine. My only concern was how it was packaged. It needed better protection. Will follow up in 3 months for further reviews

Accuracy none, value, lost 500.00 and broke other pool components from filter, mainframe, and flow switch, installation easy but will damage all that is connected to it, customer service is no good, they will not refund prior to 90 days if not received and good luck...they will give you the run around. Customers are not priority at all. 500.00 is more important than building a happy customer based business. Ridiculous...they have my product now and my 500.00 I am filing a claim against them. Do not buy!
