These connectors fit my RG58 coax perfectly. No instructions were provided with my set of connectors so I needed to practice a couple strips before making a termination. I found the right measurements and was able to make a clean connection on my jumpers. I hit the end with a brazing torch and the solder flowed right in creating a solid connection. I then raised the sleeve up over the braided end with the PVC jacket removed and crimped down the ring. Last I closed up the fitting using the supplied heat shrink tubing. This tubing takes a fair amount of heat to work it in and get everything shrunk down and sealed but it closed up and the sealant showed from the edges making a watertight seal.

Seem like pretty good quality. Tried soldering one up to a roll of coax that I just received. I, surprisingly, did not have any problems soldering and crimping this end connector on. This is unusual for me as I am not good at getting the center pin up to solder temperature without messing up the surrounding dielectric. I guess having the right tools really helps.I find that these are better quality to ones I have ordered from other manufacturers in the past. They have the look and feel of other high quality connectors I have used in the past.

These are good crimp-on connectors sized to fit RG8X - which has a thicker central dielectric insulator than RG8, and it needs a larger sleeve to fit between it and the braid snugly. These fit my RG8X pretty well, before soldering the central conductor to the hollow pin. They crimp easily with the correct sized crimping tool. They come with a generous length of heat-shrink tubing to cover the junction and protect the area, providing some strain relief.Providing you're OK with soldering and have the right crimping tool available, they make producing a secure and electrically sound connection easy.

These are as good as any other crimp style connectors I've used. Of course, you do have to solder the center pin, but that's expected. The included heat shrink for strain relief is a nice addition.I have no complaints, they are what they claim to be.

I'm not an expert, but I was able to watch a video and then successfully install a connector on RG8X coax for my mobile GMRS radio installation. The connector works and now I have a cable that is the exact right length I needed.

Good quality connectors.I like that they are delivered with appropriate heat-shrink tubing.Quite appropriate for RG8X cable.Good value.

These are well made brass/copper connectors with true Teflon insulator. Works well for RG8x coax. I didn't see any significant power loss. They are good value
