This is great. My daughter is adhd and I love having something safe in the house for her to get some excitement from. She has a ton of energy, and with working and having other kids... it can be a lot. Being adhd and not wanting to medicate, at least not until absolutely necessary, we have found natural ways of dealing. Most of the time, as long as she gets one to two hours of outside play she will exhaust a lot of her energy. Sometimes the weather or other plans do not allow for outside play... or Sometimes I'm just tired. This chair really does come in handy. It's the perfect size for her to sit or lay on her belly and spin. My 10 year old fits nicely on it, and tbh I can sit and spin as well. It's very low to the ground so I'm not worried about falls. It's extremely sturdy. Solid metal holds this thing together. It's not going to come apart unless you want it to. It's shaped perfect for a comfortable seat.Tbh I really wasn't sure what I was looking for when I requested this. My daughter isn't autistic, but it just seemed like something nice to have in the house to help with her energy level, if not just add a bit of fun.I think it's a great tool to help with balancing and coordination as well. She's able to get into different positions, while spinning in the chair, and I think it provides confidence in her own body, if that makes sense, kinda like ballet. Definitely recommend this, for many reasons. Her and my middle child very much enjoy this.
