This is a pretty head piece! The color is vibrant, and I love that you can clip it or wear it as a headband. Now, the clip does keep it more secure than the headband. I was dancing around and jumping, and the headband slid around a very little bit but did not fall off. The clip stays in, but it does pull your hair if you don't put it in just right. So, very wearable! I really like the tulle with the velvet dots. It does have rough cut edges, but it isn't obvious. The bow and swirl parts are made with a plastic that feels like a flexible window screen. The beaded pieces are not actually loose beads. They are firmly stuck on a stiff fishing line type string, and they are well integrated into the center of the piece. The feathers are also well integrated, but the feather quality leaves a bit to be desired. One feather is actually just a purple stick with some feathery bits at the end. That is one little complaint that I have, and there were a few bits of hot glue strands around the edges that I was able to pull off. If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would! This is a solid piece, and it's quite cute and fun!
