How to use the wireless intercom doorbell
1) Set the same channel (A, B, or C) for both the indoor and outdoor machine;
2) Long press the ON/OFF button of the indoor machine to turn it on;
3) Attach the outdoor machine to the exterior of your front door. Once the chime rings, click the ON\OFF button or the TALK button of the indoor chime to stop the ringing. To speak to the visitor, press and hold the TALK key to communicate with the outdoor device. Release the TALK button after speaking to listen to any response from outside. The visitor simply press and hold the TALK key to respond.
Note:
1.The factory setting of the indoor machine is in the shutdown state. After receiving the goods, please long press ON/OFF key button for 3 seconds to turn on the indoor unit.
2.Outdoor machine will return to sleeping mode if it does not detect action within 25 seconds. Please click CALL button on the outdoor machine to activate it. Each conversation must be initiated by outdoor machine, and then the indoor machine can talk with the outdoor unit after receiving the ring.
3.This wireless intercom doorbell is a unidirectional transmission system with the same frequency. You cannot speak to your visitor and listen to them at the same time. Please wait until the visitor is done speaking to press the TALK key to respond.
4. Please note that you will need to set the same channel if you want 2 intercom doorbells to receive communication. It also means any other FM wireless intercom device can communicate with your system if they have the same frequency. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system if they are using intercom device. We suggest setting your system to another channel to avoid interference.
Troubleshooting:
Problem 1: Does not work
Possible solution 1: Check if the indoor machine turned on. If not, please long press the ON/OFF key of the indoor machine to activate it.
Possible solution 2: Check if both devices are charged. Charge devices at least 1 hour and try again.
Problem 2: Cannot hear response
Possible solution 1: Check if the 2 devices are on the same channel. If not, set them to the same channel.

After 5 weeks the batteries hold up to one day charge on both units at best.

I have struggled so much to find a wireless intercom that can do the distance from inside the house up a 25m driveway when there’s house walls and things obstructing the distance. I bought this because I read someone else left a similar review re the distance. It works! I am so impressed. It is crystal clear when speaking through it. I am SO happy with this purchase.

I think the heat killed the battery. After one summer in Phoenix, AZ won't stay charged longer than a few days making it note worth it. It was also in the direct sun at our gate which was 100ft from the inside of our house.Lasted for a solid year though. It did the job while we needed it.

Wuloo customer service reached out to make sure delivery was ok, package arrived quickly and undamaged....easy to use following instruction, after testing it works fine , our gate is a little distance from the house and we can communicate easy, if bell is rung....... cannot rated battery life because we just mounted it, guessing it will be good........so for now we are happy with!I like to mention that we didn't need a wi-fi doorbell, bc gate is visible from the house

This product has worked several times. Unfortunately, there is no telling when it is not going to work. I believe there is something wrong with either the sending or receiving unit. When I contacted the mfr., they did not call me back. They are obviously not interested in customer service. I have set up these intercoms several times with different frequencies (there are three available) and each time, the unit fails when I need it the most. It works sometimes but most of the time it does not. It is supposed to have a long range. The distance between the two units on my property is short at about fifty feet. As I said, the unit has worked on occasion but most of the time, it stops working and I don't know when somebody pushes the button at my front gate because it simply does not function properly most of the time. I would not buy this brand again for two reasons. The first one is obvious and the second is that customer service seems to be non-existent. What an expensive piece of garbage.

Stopped working after 6 months. The intercom still works but it doesn't ring anymore. I have to buy another bell now.

The unit works fine with decent audible clarity but be prepared to add Velcro or something similar to hold the outside unit in place. Holder is very cheap plastic and unit falls out. I would not purchase again, there are too many others availableThis is an added part of my review with this product. The company went over and above to remedy the problem. It was a faulty holder for the outside unit. I responded to their email after leaving a 2 star review and they offered, then sent out a completely new unit. I received it within a week, and it works exactly as described. Their wanting to make sure I was a happy customer shined and I am a very satisfied customer. Great customer service and a great product.

I purchased this to replace the "system" that I had installed at our work place. I gave up trying to get it to work so I looked for a replacement.It's kind of a luck of the draw but I landed this and so far, it has worked, even had my first "doorbell."It's easy to set up. Just make sure you don't get the outside unit and inside unit mixed up.The inside unit has the power button where the outside unit is the doorbell.You can set your liking of the "doorbell." Several sounds available.I don't think you can go wrong.

Note: I am adding this after attempting to install this product on my vinyl fence. I decided to use the anchors, and it was a big mistake. There’s not even a lip on the end of the anchor, so as soon as you try to insert the screw, the anchor pushes completely through. Now I have to try to find hardware that will work, and have 2 holes in my nice vinyl fence. Terrible hardware.Original review: It seems like the market is short on products that are just a doorbell and intercom, without a camera. This is exactly what we wanted. We have 2 fence gates, and if anyone opened them when the dogs are playing outside, they’d be long gone. So this helps when landscapers/delivery people try to get into the fence. We keep the gates locked, and they ring the doorbell when needed. The intercom feature is a nice bonus.During setup of an additional outside bell, I experienced difficulty. By sending a message to Wuloo via Facebook messenger, they were able to quickly send me instructions to fix the issue. Now things work flawlessly. Highly recommended.

This Wooloo indoor/outdoor intercom and doorbell system was perfect for us! We live on a farm with a gate at the road, and let our dogs run free to protect our livestock. This Wooloo system allows visitors and delivery folks to contact us from the other side of the gate, allowing us time to put our German Shepherds in the house, and make sure our other animals are where they are supposed to be before opening the gate. Perfect for our application! Waterproof, easy to install, and a 1/2 mile range that doesn't rely on WiFi signals. SWEET!!! The speaker clarity is crystal clear, and the doorbell chime is more than loud enough to alert us to someone waiting at the gate. A++++++++++++++++++
