Pésimo. Se rompió de inmediato la rosca con la que se atornilla la punta cortante. Tiene un error de diseño pues con el calor se debilita el metal y el tornillo para sujetar la cuchilla se rompe dentro del compartimento en dónde se ensambla. No sirve

Works ok. I feel it’s on the cheaper side. Blade will loosen as it gets hot. Causing you to try to tighten a hot blade. Heat level is good but I will be looking for better quality blades.

Tip heated up and snapped off at the connection, the screw holding it in place snapped burning me, the table and then rolling onto the floor before I dumped my water bottle on it. Highly dangerous>NOT SAFE!

Knife was of poor quality. The screw in broke off inside handle with very little force.I guess if you were using it for thin plastic or crafts it would be fine.

Cuts Foam OK.That’s where the good news ends.Doesn’t really cut through even thin ( The blade holder screws in, but will quickly come loose, especially if you turn during cutting.

The tip heat up quickly, so the included stands a must to rest it on when between cuts. The tips are simple to change, two spares are included. Using the tool couldn’t be easier, and there’s no mess compare with using a knife.
