This tart pan is worth the price. The tarts and quiches I baked brown nicely, they release easily from the nonstick surface, and the pan is easy to clean with a soapy sponge and water.

Took a few days longer to get it than I was expecting but I had time. Will use this for a long time. Nice quality. Sturdy and will be around for a long time. VERY NON STICK!Now I gotta work on perfecting my tart crust! too much butter is not good

I am thrilled with this tart pan. Its solid , not flimsy like other tart pans. I made a Gluten free pastry and it came out gorgeous. ( and delicious). Its easy to clean, very easy to remove, all around a winner.

Nice heavy metal with a slick non-stick coating. Have used sweet and savoury pie crust recipes and it worked perfect every time. Just remember to dock the sweet crust so it does not shrink to much.

I made a gluten-free lemon tart for thanksgiving with our extended family--the first tart I ever made. Everyone enjoyed it. The tart came out of the ring nicely and the crust was evenly baked. I put the pan through the dishwasher and saw no signs of wear. Only 4 stars as I am not sure how durable this pan is; the bottom seemed a bit thin so I am concerned about warping.
