Good quality rim, arrived true. I did have to make a slight adjustment to relieve friction on the bearings. Not a big deal, easy fix, happy overall.

These wheels appear to be good quality. The black finish is nice. Both of these wheels seem like the bearings will need to be regreased. The wheels do not spin freely, and you can hear the bearings grinding a little bit...
