I had gone with a different pair of Weston steps, ones that are are up higher. While I looked those, the height was killing my left knee that I've had surgery on. Ordered these and put them on, no pain in the knee and I liked the look of these better. If I'd get a different truck I would order these again and put them on.

Good looking and well built steps. Make sure to put brackets on steps first but leave loose and Place under truck to see which plastic caps you need to remove to access the bolt locations. Brackets are much harder to install if you mount them on truck side first before mounting them to the steps. Also make sure you put brackets at correct locations. The center on driver side is opposite from center on passenger side!!

The Westin HDX Drop Wheel to Wheel Nerf Step Bars look awesome on the 2021 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss LT! On a scale of 1 to 10 for how "mechanically challenged" I am, probably a 1.5. These are NOT easy to install! You have to remove the bolt that holds the bed to the frame, and then install a 3-piece system while working in small spaces for hands and tools. The directions are absolutely horrible. I had to find a YouTube video that better showed the installation. Thankfully, I had a family member with the tools needed and familiar with installing running boards and step bars onto trucks to help to get it done. If you are like me (not mechanical) and are okay with the look, opt for the shorter step bars that end at the cab. The installation is much more simple (3 brackets that easily install into the pre-drilled/threaded holes on the rocker panels). Or take the wheel-to-wheel step bars to your local mechanic and have them installed! Now that they are on, they look great, make it much easier to get in and out of the Trail Boss, and are super sturdy. Very impressed with the quality of the product. Would have given it 5 stars were it not for the difficulty to install. Hope this helps others!

I installed these on a 2021 Silverado RST, the install was very easy.They are well built and look very nice. Out of all the running boards and steps I've owned these are my favorite.

These step bars are outstanding. Quality thru out. The packaging to insure there are no damage is truly amazing. If there is any draw back to these bars it would be the mounting bolts. I would have rather had a grade 8 or higher bolt in stainless steel. This is a minor thing though. Excellent product and would highly recommend!

Purchased these for my new 2019 Silverado. If your wife is height impaired as well, then you will benefit from these. They look good, they are functional and seem to be made pretty well. They do stick down a bit lower than I wanted but auto drop steps were not in the budget right now. Overall the install was smooth and they are holding up well so far. Winter is upon us here in the Northeast so we will see how they look next summer. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
