I've had these on for over a year now and they are holding up just fine. I installed them on a plain jane regular cab, 8 foot bed, F250 4x4. I had trouble getting up into the truck until I installed these since the truck did not come with steps. The instructions are not great so it took maybe an hour to install one side after figuring it out. After that, the second side probably took less than 15 minutes.5/23/21 I changed from a 5 to 1 star review. I do not live in an area where the roads are salted much. It's a pretty mild winter. I was out rinsing the truck off today and noticed a hole the size of a pencil on the passenger side. A push of the finger the hole more than doubled in size. I had noticed paint bubbling on the driver side last year but just thought I would rough it up some day and slap some paint on it. Disappointed in getting only 5 years out of them before the start to rot.
