No issues installing or using as a very solid base for mounting optics on a 10/22. These can be hard to find, so grab one if you need it.

The Bushnell red dot packaging said it required a Picatinny Rail. Found the Weaver Multi-Rail worked perfectly to securely mount the Bushnell TSR-25 sight.

Fits on my Ruger 10-22 like a glove. Very sturdy. I purchased the as it is a 1913 Picatinny rail versus the old style Weaver that Ruger still uses. Don't get me wrong Weaver rails are good but for the scope I purchased (Nikon Pro Staff Rim Fire) it did not work. The screws to mount the sight were larger than the Weaver slots. The scope mount fit perfectly and securely on this after market replacement. An extra advantage to the Picatinny rail is that there are more slots to mount the scope mount on and adjust to the proper distance the scope should be for the shooter.A great little item at a reasonable price which is well built and holds up well when using my 10-22.

Excellent product. Gives you more mounting options than the standard rail that comes with the 10/22. Was unable to mount my dot sight with the factory rail as there were only a couple notches and they didn't line up with my rail. This made it better though.

Weaver Mount for 10-22As noted by others, all 4 holes in this Weaver mount do not line up with the 4 holes in the receiver. However, they do line-up with 2 of the holes, giving 4 possible positions, which is a good thing. Also, as noted by others the screws included with the mount may not match the size and thread of the holes taped in your receiver. The 2 cap screws I received are metric, M4-0.7, and both were the same length (8mm thread length and 11.68mm overall). They were a larger diameter than the holes in my 110 prefix 10-22. The proper screw for mine seems to be a #6-48 fine thread. Matching the thread length of the screws receives would be a 5/16”, but this is way too long, I went with 3/16” because even a ¼” was hitting the top of the bolt. And, remember; if you want to use a little “locktite” (not recommended in the Ruger Manual) remove the bolt first so you don’t gum something (like a firing pin) up.An improvement would be if it was low enough that you could still use your iron sights without having to remove it.

Great improvement over the stock rail. Why wouldn't you do it at this price point? It is better machined than the stock piece and the finish is much more uniform. My stock rail seemed really flimsy and actually had piant drips in the finish. Not to mention that stepping up to a true weaver rail will allow better flexibility for mounting scopes or other accesories in the future. The stock rail only has a few slots and seems to be just intended for scope mounting in one or two positions.

This scope rail works just fine. I used a Barska Colorado 3-9x40 scope that came with scope rings. I think I would rather have a set of for the 10/22 because then i can use the iron sight as back up. with this current set up you cannot use the Iron sights, the Problem is that the Rail is high enough on the body that it blocks the Rear Iron site from view. with the See-through scope rings it eliminates the rail and mounts straight to the body of the gun. Of course there would be pros and cons of that method as well. Such as with those other mounts you have a harder time taking your scope off for cleaning or storage or whatever other reason you might want to take the scope off for. My iron sights were way off anyway so i don't really care about the iron sight so that's not an issue for me. But if you have a new rifle I recommend getting the See-through scope rings. they cost the same. No problems other than the iron sight issue. I think this just comes down to personal preference. I am giving it 4 stars because there is no problem and it works great. The set up took no time at all. just take out the filler screws off the rifle and screw in the ones that comes with the rail. great product. Nothing negative just and observation. A picture will make it clearer. I Hope I helped.
