Quick installation less than 45 minutes.You will need a extension for your drill to attach the second lag bolt that is accessed through the frame.Folds flat to wall and when using work space no legs to get in the way. Very sturdy when applied pressure to work area.

These brackets are identical to the ones in the Kobalt Workbench that collapses. However I found the Kobalt to not be rugged enough for my needs. That being said depending on the workload I may suggest upgrading the bolts you use to secure the bracket to the wall. The countertop I’m using is 2 x 25 x 96 in and weighs 200 lbs. That being said the brackets don’t budge once latched. I’m positive my wall will come down before the brackets will fail.

These brackets are just what I needed. They hold plenty of weight and fold down easy. The screws that came with were plenty strong enough as long as you get the brackets on a stud. I will be buying these again for my garage.

I was apprehensive about buying these as I thought they wouldn’t be sturdy enough…. Well I must say that they are worth buying, very stable and sturdy bracket.Don’t waste your money on a cheaper set!!!

The weight capacity is listed at 550# and it feels like it would support all of that. I used the hinges to allow me to have a work top in my garage that would fold so I was able to use the full length of the garage when I didn't need the work top. It works well.
