Used on the underside of a table top to keep it from cupping. Worked as it should. Good quality

A great alternative to the better known and more expensive competitor, but there is a sacrifice with this brand. I love using these C-channels for my table builds, but their cost is a consideration. This brand, however, is much more competitively priced. That said, it is also slightly thinner than the other brand I have used. My VERY unscientific testing would suggest that it's also a little more flexible, which with a product where you're trying to ensure rigidity and stability, a touch more flexibility is NOT a good thing. But again, the difference, in my opinion, is only slight.Another advantage is that it comes in 48" lengths, a big improvement on the 36" max of said competitor. All in all, I see myself using both brands going forward, depending on the situation where it is used. All in all, I gave it 4 out of 5 for better pricing, and a good product, but could be a tad thicker for added strength. Add that in to future products and keep the price point, and I'll be a dedicated customer to this brand.

Product was as described but the finish was chipped on every piece received (4 total) and each piece was slightly bowed (1/8” in center). Poor quality finish but overall it was as advertised and the bow should draw out when tightened up.

Depending on your use, I would recommend spending a bit more on a more sturdy unit. the bends are not as crisp and consistent as I would have liked and they curled a bit on the corners.

These are working well for my needs. I am using two of these to prevent a solid wood table top from cupping. You can either make saw kerfs into the top and mount them with the legs of the "C" shape inside the top, or mount them with the legs facing out. This is a puzzle table I'm building and facing outward is fine for me.
