Very simple product but great addition to the Ace Pro 2. I have had great experience with VRIG products previously and this is no different. Fits perfectly and adds the vertical shooting mount to the Insta. I have it pictured with a VRIG magnetic mount which I also recommend but must be purchased separately.The side plate is also magnetic allowing for only one proper orientation of the other magnetic clip on mount but makes for a nice secure quick release connection.Highly recommend.

The basic build quality of this replacement door is good. Easier to mount than the OEM door actually.The magnetic QR works well and is perfect if you film vertically.The bummer is that it is NOT waterproof like the original. It looks like it would be, but they've updated the description to specifically say it is not. My guess is that it will be more than fine for use in rain. But do not submerge it.
