For the price these shin guards were a great purchase. They fit my 5 year old perfect. They hit just below the knee on her. The padding around the ankle strap was great cushion and support. The straps were easy enough for her to put them on her own. Quality is great and hardly look worn after a season.

I purchased these shin guards for my son (age 9, size youth M) to use when he is playing goalie in lacrosse. He said that they are very comfortable and he likes them a lot! They arrived quickly and are easy for him to get on and off himself. I did need to help him the first time putting them on because the velcro part confused him, but overall they are perfect!

Decent shin guards. My son was having problems with his other pair rubbing his shins raw from moving around so much. These fit him much better and aren't irritating his skin. They are lightweight and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of ankle protection. We were hoping for more padding in the ankle area. He is a small 13 year old and we got a size M.

My son is 12 years old & about 5'3" & we got a size medium. It's just about a perfect fit, landing about 2-3" below his knee. Ankle guards are attached to shin guard, you can't separate, which is fine for us, but some may not want it.

After ordering 10 different pairs of shin guards for my 4 year old finally found these that fit! He is short with thicker legs so these were the only ones that actually went around his shin. All the other ones were too narrow. These were tall enough and wide enough on the shin but also fit on the ankle part and weren't too big. Glad I took the chance and bought these with no reviews! !
