These are excellent shin pads. I purchased multiple pairs for my kids. They provide a much lower profile under the sock, with excellent protection. I would suggest purchasing the white or black, as the pink dye continues to bleed even after washing. This would be a five-star if not for the dye issue.

G Form shin guards are very comfortable and lightweight. Work great with a leg sleeve and grip socks for the overall optimal setup. They are durable and very easy to wash on a delicate setting and then air drying.

G-Form shin guards fits small. Order 1 size larger than normal size. Fits snug, as should so does not move around when getting kicked playing soccer. Daughter says they are comfortable and when people kick her shins the kick does not hurt. They do their job, no slipping. Daughter says when sweating stick a bit , just pull off like a sock. Soft on skin, no rubbing rashes like other shin guards can leave. Can leave on imprint of shape of guard from fitting snug. Great product! Ordered Large, daughter 5’3” 125lbs shoe size 7 youth.{After use for a few months the blue is pealing off of the black material/ normal use- stitching is holding but can see the threading starting to stretch, might only last the season}

Unfortunately, an updated review. Only used about half dozen times. Pink color is bleeding into socks and skin and “webbing” or texture is peeling off. Normally a top grade product. Have a different pair (same manufacturer) from 6 years ago my daughter uses 4 times a week and, except for a few loose threads, it is holding up better. Used for playing soccer. Well built and designed. The product does what it says it does. More form fitting and contours to shape of leg. Need to air dry it out each time to prevent bacteria and mold. Hand wash and hang dry for at least 24 hours or less if hanging in the sun indirectly.

My son is 12 years old, 86 lbs, 5 ft tall, and built like a distance runner (super slim): the adult small size fits him well. He does have to work to get them on and off, but some of that is due to him having large feet. If he had big calves, I would probably want to order one size up.He says that these shin guards are comfortable and do not restrain his ability to run on the pitch. Because he is not a regular soccer player (only plays for his school), comfort has been helpful in not turning him off to the sport

Great product but deducted a star for the stupid sizing instructions. Instead of listing true-to-size measurements, they provide meaningless measurements then tell you NOT to buy that size, but one size larger. I can confirm that the Youth S/M is for toddlers only. If your kid is 3'6", you need a Youth L/XL.

Three of my kids, including 2 high school boys, love G-form shin guards! My boys have been wearing them since August 2019. They like that they are washable and no soccer socks are needed .I bought this style Youth L/XL for my 10 year old daughter but she wasn't even able to get it over her calf. It says it fits 9-11". The largest part of her calf is 11 1/2". We then ordered Adult Small (13-14") style Pro-S Compact, and they fit her perfectly. I thought the youth size would fit her better because my son's wear a different style in adult Medium and Large and the size chart was correct for them. They are quite stretchy and fit snug.
