Sono soddisfatta di questo prodotto. È silenzioso, facile da usare. Pesante e ingombrante ma è giusto che sia così. Va posizionata in un posto dove resterà sempre con una copertura adeguata.

Great slicing machine. My family an finally have shaved ham whenever the mood strikes. So far I have subjected this machine to ham, onions, tomatoes, pickles, pork loin and top round roast, all sliced to the thickness I wanted. The only draw back is the cleaning, but after a few tries I learned how to do the cleaning easily and fast. Again, a great machine.

I could live with out this, but I am blessed to have it.Got a cheaper meat slicer because all the delis employees near us are lazy and have too much attitude.It was fine, but hard to get really thin or consistent cuts. I constantly had to turn the meat or cheese.I am so glad that I bought this Vevor one. I was tired of waiting for a deal on a used commercial meat slicer.Yes this is larger and I now leave it on the counter all the time. But I use this for a lot of things. Veg prep like onions, peppers, zucchinis, tomatoes , Slicking apples and other fruit for dehydrating or freeze drying.The main thing I use it for is meat and cheeses. I can easily and consistently cut $3 Costco ham deli to razor thing perfection. I also cut up smoked gouda, salami, cooked chicken breast, Turkey breast.I haven't' figured out how to clean it easily, there are a few things I would change about it, but for the price it is great. I tried the sharpener when I first got it but haven't seen the need to sharpen it after months of using it most every day.The money we saved on sliced meats has paid for this in 5 months. And we get it sliced the way we like with out have to wait for ever at the Deli. Will use the old deli slicer to slice bread since This Vevor slicer doesn't slice bread well.

I had a 7.5 inch slicer that wasn't that great. I bought the 12 inch blade after doing some research, it is nothing like the 7.5 model. I mostly use it to cut eye of round for jerky. It cuts roast that 48 hours ago was frozen solid with zero problems. I also love the built in self sharpener. It is quite heavy and large, so I bought a wheeled prep table and keep it in a storage area. You need a 4 mm Allen wrench to remove blade, I bought a T handle one for four dollars and keep it on cart. Cleaning is not real difficult, but the blade is sharp, real sharp. The motor is more quiet than my old 7.5. I really like it.

Solid slicer, makes super thin cuts, and clean up is a simple wipe down. The only thing is if you’re putting it in a home kitchen, it’s pretty much a countertop item. Way too heavy/big to put on a top shelf or under counter. Otherwise, it’s a great slicer, definitely worth the price.

Good - This slicer is heavy and that is great when you are slicing. It is well made and it slices wellBad - Cleaning the blade is a pain. Requires removal of 3 allen head screws.Ugly - The manual is useless. Translated directly out of where this thing is made. I watched a video review here on Amazon that showed how to clean it. I’ll keep it. If you use it, you better have a lot to slice or the clean up isn’t worth it.

For price, quality, functionality, quality of life is outstanding. Found it does sometimes fling food as it cuts. Found it mainly happens at end of a block of meat/cheese... our experience with the machine is it's not the greatest with cheese, (soft or hard). It'll do it, but, we found it crumbles and wastes too much cheese. At the end of the day we found it is more economical to buy sliced cheese. To end on a happy note, it cuts the most beautiful ham for sandwiches.
