Holy moly this thing is a game changer. I’ve seen manual ones advertised on social media but when I found this one to try I jumped at the chance. It is so easy to use being electric! Cleaning is a breeze as it can go right in the dishwasher. The compact size makes it easy to store, and it is a great value for the money considering it does all the work for you! It grates an 8 ounce block of cheese in about a minute or less. I make homemade laundry soap and grating the bar soap is the worst part but not anymore!! It took a little longer to grate the soap because it is harder and denser than the cheese but the machine had no issue in doing so. I can’t recommend this highly enough. You won’t regret buying!

This electric grater is so easy to use and cuts down on prepping time for your food. With the different attachments included, you can do multiple different foods quickly. It is easy to clean up and it is not huge, so storage is a space saver too.

However, I do have a quite old and heavy usual brand name food processor that I do still use and love… this does make it much easier if shredding more than a pound or 2 of block cheeses- that you can keep going and not have to empty the bowl- have the cheese falling down the inner tube where the grating disc goes- y’all with food processors know what I am talking about!This is also easier to clean than all the food processor’s pieces. It is somewhat larger if you’re short on cabinet/storage space. But the size and weight of this seems the motor is quite strong and will be durable. If you’re deciding between a food processor and this and think you’ll mainly use the former for shredding? I’d say get this instead and use your blender for any chopping needs. It’s nice!!

I've only used this once, but so far so good. I tried a variety of vegetables and hard cheeses and different blades, and they all did what was expected.

So happy for my new Cheese greater salad maker. It’s powerful it’s definitely easy to use. The noise level is minimal It’s also so easy to clean.. This she’s greater is just the right size for my needs and certainly worth the money you’d spend on it. Highly recommend it.

when you open this you will be as surprised as I was. Although it says cheese grater, it really is more for vegetables, with only one that would be good for cheese grating. It did work good for that though.- Mine arrived with two of the same (4mm Julienne) blades, so I couldn't test the 2mm blade, but if it works like the 4mm blades, then you will be happy with it.- The attachments "pop" into the cylinder and hold very securely. However, the cylinder doesn't quite lock into the base. Due to the direction it turns, it is held in place, but it doesn't seem secure to me. It didn't come out, but believe the could have been a better way to do it.- The toggle on/off is very easy to use, but it doesn't have a way to suction to the table or counter, so you have to hold it down. That means that if you are running something through the machine that requires using more than one hand (container manipulation, etc.), then you will feel uncomfortable with it.- I guess my favorite attachment would be the chip attachment, as it cuts wavy chips perfectly...but again...it felt awkward having to hold the machine down and push the potato through.All in all this will work for what it was intended, and can certainly take some heavy loads, but I would prefer that it be more ergonomic for the user.
